David L. Culbertson has over 45 years experience as a seasoned consultancy professional and industry subject matter expert in the field of nondestructive testing and welding inspection within the pipeline and petrochemical industries.  He is an acknowledged visionary leader with exceptional abilities and creative talents.  He is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of quality assurance. Over 39 years experience as a Radiation Safety Officer.  He is a Past President of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), and is an ASNT ACCP Professional Level III in RT, UT, MT and PT.  He is also an American Welding Society - Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
